Waiting times vary from style-to-style. If you purchase a pre-order item, the estimated waiting time is 8-10 weeks from the date of the order submission, unless otherwise noted. Once your item(s) arrives in our warehouse, your order will be shipped within five (5) business days (there may be delivery delays due to holidays, Supply Chain delays, and acts of God). As soon as your pre-order has been sent, you will receive an email with the tracking details, so you know when to expect it. Please note that when purchasing a pre-order piece, any items from our current collection in your Shopping Bag wont be shipped until the pre-order is ready to be sent. If you order an item in our inventory, it will ship within five (5) business days after processing (there may be delivery delays due to holidays, Supply Chain delays, and acts of God). If you prefer to receive any current piece(s) sooner than a preorder item, we suggest placing a separate order. Note: You may experience temporary delays in the ordering process as a result of the additional safety measures we are employing to help protect our team and our customers. We expect orders to ship within five (5) business days from the date of purchase (excluding weekends and holidays).
We offer standard UPS shipping valid on all domestic purchases. The shipping discount is applied at checkout. Complimentary shipping is not applicable on orders outside of the United States. Please allow 1-2 business days after placing your order for processing, pending merchandise availability and credit card authorization. A shipping confirmation will be sent via email, which will allow you to track your package once your order is shipped from our warehouse. Track Order  to quickly and easily track the progress of your shipment.

Please note that when purchasing multiple items in your Shopping Bag, they won’t be shipped until all items are available and in our inventory.  If you prefer to receive any current piece(s) sooner, we suggest placing a separate order. We do not ship to Freight Forwarders, hotel locations, or any establishments at our discretion that may pose a risk to the security of the packages. Purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses, which are not available through our shipping providers.

If the address contains an error, please Contact Us, as soon as possible. If your order has been processed and not yet shipped, we can change the shipping address. For security purposes, SESS RAY online orders are subject to thorough address verification. Therefore, once an order has shipped, we are unable to make changes to the delivery address.

All orders require an adult signature upon delivery.

If delivery of your order is unsuccessful, please Contact Us, to arrange a will call at a local facility where you can pick up your package at a more convenient time. Please note that the pick-up location is predetermined by the shipping address zip code and the package will only be held for 5 business days. Our shipping providers require a government issued photo ID and the name on the package must be the person picking it up.
